Installation on your 2022 Kia Soul will only require some basic tools for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C67FR.
I have added a cut out from the instructions below that shows the needed tools, which are a torque wrench, ratchet, 17mm socket, screw driver, and pry bar. The install is straightforward, as the pry bar is just needed for removing the rubber isolators to lower the exhaust, the screwdriver is for removing and reinstalling the wheel well push pins, and the rest is for bolting on the # C67FR.
All in all, this is a comparatively simple hitch installation for your '22 Kia Soul. If you plan on using the hitch for some light towing, there are a few other parts that you'll need, which are the following:
