Is There a Cargo Carrier that Can Fit Hitch Opening at Rear of Bike Rack

I have a bike rack receiver that is a 2inch exterior and 1 5/8foot interior female end I want to add a small cargo carrier to it that carrier has a male end 1/3/4inch stem.

What you listed having is not a standard hitch size so we don't have a hitch adapter for it. While I don't know what bike rack you have most likely it is not made for a cargo carrier to be added.

If you would like to hold 2 bikes and carry cargo, I recommend the Yakima EXO Swing Away 2 Bike Rack w/ Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches # Y54ZR.

From the center of the hitch pin of the hitch extender part #HT58 to the back of the hitch opening measures 2-3/4 inches. I added the dimension to the picture you submitted.

The only size available for a hitch extender to go from 1-5/8 inch hitch to 2 inch hitch size is the part #HT58 which is 7-1/4 inches long. This 1-5/8 inch size is not very common at all which is why the options are limited.

The Hitch Adapter #HT58 that you referenced is designed to be inserted into hitches with a 1-5/8 inch opening to convert them to a hitch with a 2 inch opening. So yes, the small end of the adapter is 1-5/8 inches and should work well for you.
