The only size available for a hitch extender to go from 1-5/8 inch hitch to 2 inch hitch size is the part # HT58 which is 7-1/4 inches long. This 1-5/8 inch size is not very common at all which is why the options are limited.

Yes the Vesper wheel part #TA56FR matches what you have now as it has the 8 on 6-1/2 inch bolt pattern and has a 4.77 inch pilot diameter.
