Carrying e Bikes in Enclosed Cargo Carrier

Is there a swing away enclosed cargo carrier that will fit 2 Lectric XP2.0 ebikes folded dimension 37x18x28 ? What are my swing away cargo carrier options that will accommodate the Lectric ebikes ?

The only swinging enclosed cargo carrier we offer is the Yakima EXO # Y62VR that you'd looked at, which would be too small to handle even one Lectric XP 2.0 e bike.
How many bikes are you wanting to carry? The largest enclosed carrier we have, the # HGK826 is designed to carry two bikes but still is not quite large enough to accommodate 2 e-bikes, but it could carry one of them.
For two e bikes, your best bet would be a bike rack specifically designed to handle heavier bikes with wider tires. I'd recommend the Thule EasyFold, part # TH903202 which can carry 2 e bikes weighing up to 65 lbs each with tires up to 3 inches wide. From my research, I found that the Lectric XP 2.0 weighs 63 lbs each and has 3 inch wide tires, so the EasyFold rack will accommodate it perfectly.
The rack includes locks to secure the bikes to the rack and the rack to the vehicle, an integrated loading ramp, and built-in wheels that makes getting the rack from its storage spot to the vehicle quick and easy.
