We definitely have a hitch available to carry a bike rack or cargo carrier with you 2013 Honda Accord. The Curt Class 1 Trailer Hitch # C11681 will actually fit both the sedan and coupe and is American made, so I highly recommend it. With your Accord only being rated to 100 pounds and the hitches offered for your car being Class 1, you will be a little limited in bike rack and cargo carrier options. I do have a few options for you to look at below, though.

First is the Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack # TH9058. This is a hanging style bike rack that can be tilted out of the way when the bikes are not on the rack, making it nice if you were going to be keeping it in the hitch a lot. It is also rated for carrying 2 bikes that weigh up to 37.5 pounds a piece. It does have a couple downsides though. If you wanted to lock the rack to the hitch, you will need to add the Snug Tite Hitch Lock # THSTL2 and then if you wanted to lock the bikes to the rack, you would need to use a cable and lock, like the # TH538XT. If any of said bikes have a step-through style frame, you will also need an adapter bar, like the # TH982XT. It does have a lifetime warranty though, and is the lightest option at just over 35 pounds, so it's not a bad option at all.

Next we have the Swagman Chinook Bike Rack # S64683. This is a platform style 2 bike rack that will be much easier to load bikes onto. It is also rated to carry 45 pound bikes, but this is also the heaviest option at 49 pounds. This means the combined weight of your bikes cannot weigh over 50 pounds if you go with this rack. This also should not be used with carbon fiber frames due to how it holds them. However, this includes a lock for the hitch and the bikes, so you don't need separate parts for that. You may need an adapter bar depending on how much the frame drops if you have a step-through, but not always. If you have light bikes, this is the option I would go with.

The last thing will be the cargo carrier. For this I recommend the 20x47 Reese Cargo Carrier # 63155. This will fit the # C11681 hitch without issues and the mesh style floor will allow you to add something like the The Claw Fork Mount Bike Carrier # S64700. Adding a few of these will turn the carrier into a bike rack and it will give you cargo space as well. This does weigh 40 pounds so you still have 60 pounds of carrying capacity and if you are looking for something to handle both functions, this is the best way to go. You will also need a pin and clip, like the # F-4, and I highly recommend the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-061-125 to keep the rack secure in the hitch.
