It sounds to me like your Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer - 10.7 Cu Ft - 12V - Stainless Steel # 324-000119 might not be receiving the correct amount of power (temperature light blinking) and possibly also has a clogged drain tube. I recommend checking the door gasket on the doors to ensure there is a proper seal as this could also cause condensation inside of the unit which can then freeze.

You'll need to unplug the unit from the wall and check the voltage using a tester like # PTW2992 to see exactly what you're receiving at the outlet. The # 324-000119 requires 12V to properly operate so if you're experiencing a voltage drop due to the length of wire used from the battery to the fridge you'll need to increase the gauge accordingly. I've attached the wiring gauge guide from the manual to help you choose the correct gauge for your needs.

Next I recommend unplugging the unit and leaving the doors open for a few days to thaw out any ice build up. After the fridge is fully defrosted you can remove the rear panel and use a long pipe cleaner to clear out any debris that could have potentially clogged up the drain tube. The drain tube is white and can be seen in the attached picture below.
