In order to tighten up the steering feel of your 2011 Roadtrek 210, you'll want to use a Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer, part # RM-RBK17-RSSC. The stabilizer will keep the steering centered, so it won't drift when acted on by cross winds or turbulence from passing traffic, or wander due to ruts in the pavement. This will go a long ways to help reduce fatigue on the driver.

To combat the sway and bounce you're experiencing with the rear suspension, you'd want to use the SumoSprings helper springs, part # SSR-205-47.

I've linked to some product videos you might find helpful.
