I always recommend using a sliding hitch or rotating pin box in any truck bed's smaller than 8' to prevent the nose of the 5th wheel trailer from coming into contact with the cab of your truck. Since you already have the factory puck system in the bed of your truck you won't have to also install an above bed base rail kit, which will save you a lot of time and will give you a clear bed when the hitch is not in use.

For the a sliding hitch I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20K # BWRVK3775. This hitch will drop right into the factory pucks for easy installation and removal. The 1" thick dual jaws provide 360-degree jaw-to-king-pin contact for less rattle and more security than slide-bar jaws. The fully articulating head eases hookup and helps to limit chucking by pivoting front-to-back and side-to-side. This hitch is rated for 20,000lbs and has 12" of travel to provide better turning clearance during tight turns. B&W manufactures their hitches in the US and are known for their quality.

If you have an 8' bed then you will not need a sliding hitch and can instead use the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20,000lbs # BWRVK3710, which has all the same features as the # BWRVK3775, minus the sliding.

I've attached some videos that will show you installation and offer you some additional information.
