While I don't have any way of knowing what grommet you have, but the Optronics LED Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Turn, Tail - Submersible - 6 Diodes - Oval - Red Lens # STL12RB fits the PVC Grommet for 6-1/2" Oval Trailer Tail Lights # a70gb.
If you already have a 6-1/2" x 2-1/4" tall oval trailer light and grommet, then yes, you can replace your light with the Optronics LED Trailer Tail Light # STL12RB.
The only other thing you will need is the 3-Wire Pigtail for Optronics Trailer Lights # A45PB
