Is InvisiBrake Supposed to Keep the Toad Battery Charged
Question:
Is the invisibrake system supposed to keep the toad battery charged? I have a 2005 fleetwood Southwind and tow a 2020 Equinox. Ive had a few incidents where the battery was dead after towing for more than a few hours.

Yes, the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 should keep the battery charged of your 2020 Equinox. Usually when the battery gets drained with the InvisiBrake it's because of a wiring issue, often a loose ground or other loose or damaged wiring.
The best option to avoid this altogether though is to run a charge line that will send power from your motorhome to the 6-way or 7-way of the Equinox, which will also have a charge line run to the battery. You will need a couple things:
- Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25
- Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Motorhomes # RM-156-75
