Is the 7-Way Vehicle Power Adapter w/ Power Switch # FR69SR Needed on a 2007 GMC 2500
Question:
I have no signal when in use mounted on back of trailer. Little blue light not on. Paired ok inside truck using 12 volt adapter. Trailer prewired, just had to wire supplied pigtail to running lights.

You will not need the 7-Way Vehicle Power Adapter w/ Power Switch for Furrion RV Observation Camera
# FR69SR to hook up your camera system. This adapter was only designed for trucks from 2019 - 2020 because of those trucks not delivering enough power on the running lamp circuit for the camera system to operate fully.
I would suggest checking the fuses to make sure there are none that are blown. I would also re-check the wiring, especially the ground wires to make sure everything is connected as it should be. I've provided a diagram showing how a 7-way is pinned out. You'll need a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test each pin as its function is operated.
