Recommended Bike Rack For Two Jetson E-Bikes

Will a 14x 2.125 tire fit in the wheel loops? We have 2 small ebikes

The wheel hoops of the Swagman Traveler XC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches or RV Bumpers - Frame Mount # S64663 will fit tires 20" - 29" so it will not work with your 14" x 2.125" tires.
Because your wheel diameter is so small I recommend going with a hanging bike rack like the Thule Hitching Post Pro - Folding Tilting 4 Bike Rack w Anti-Sway - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches Item # TH934XTR and a bike frame adapter # 64005. The adapter will mount to the frame of your Jetson E-Bikes giving you a straight bar for the straps of the anti-sway cradles to clamp down onto. The Hitch Switch quick-release lever makes it easy to tilt the mast for rear cargo access. This rack has a per bike weight capacity of 35lbs and is rated for use on cars, vans, SUV's, trucks, and motorhomes.
