Yes, you can use a quick link like # C82932 to attach your Curt Saftey Cables # C80176, however each component must exceed or meet the GVWR of your trailer. So if your trailer is 12,000lbs, you'd need quick links that are also rated for at least 12,000lbs.

The quick link mentioned above # C82932 is rated for a maximum of 16,500 pounds, and a working load limit of 3,300 pounds.
