Which is best for my 2022 Ram 5500 work truck, the Firestone or Air lift? What is best quality and after the sale support if something goes wrong?

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers, # AL88255 for the rear axle has a 5,000-lb Capacity. This product currently has a 4.7 rating in our customer feedback from, currently, just over 300 reports.
