Is Electric Sway Control Needed With Tow Setup with Weight Distribution and Friction Sway Control

Question:

My TV is a 2015 VW Touareg V6 with 7700 lb towing capacity and 600 lb tongue weight. My TT is a Forest River Rpod 20.4 feet. 3000 dry weight..3800 GVW. My RV dealer installed the E2 WDH with integrated sway. Do I still need something like the sway master or with the built in sway be enough?

Assuming your trailer is loaded properly (with cargo weight as far forward as possible), and you are using a weight distribution system with sway control built in like the Fastway E2 I wouldn't say an electric sway control like the part # 335TSC-1000 would be necessary. It certainly wouldn't hurt and it would be nice knowing that in the event of any sway it would immediately stop and correct it though.
