The hub/drum that will match the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-26-27 will be the etrailer # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K. This will also have the 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern, but the bearings will not match your 8-147 spindle. This used a bearing combination that isn't used on any current spindles, so you will need to replace your axle in order to change to this bolt pattern and brake configuration.
With that being said, the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes # 35545E-ST-89 will include the # 23-26-27 brakes, the hub/drums, as well as all bearings, seals, caps, and bearing grease. However, this will measure 89" from hub face to hub face and 74" from the center of one spring seat to the center of the other, so you will need to make sure this will match your current axle.
We do also carry the TruRyde #84 E-Z Lube Spindle w/ Brake Flange for 3,500-lb Trailer Axle # TRU74FR if you prefer to keep your current axle and have the spindles removed. This will accept both the # 23-26-27 brakes and the # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K hub/drum, but will require welding to get installed. It will also fit inside a 1-3/4" tube, so you will need to make sure this will match the diameter of your current axle.
