I purchase this part for my 2015 Keystone Big Sky 5th Wheel on 2/22/21. it has been working fine until today. The key pad light up but it does not show any ion. So I am not able to tell what position the system in.

Sometimes the panel part # LC421484 develops an internal bug or error and what you'll need to do is is unplug it and plug it back in to reset it.

To remove the screen for the Control Panel #LC421484 there is a retainer clip(yellow arrow) that holds the notch(green arrow) for the screen. This will provide you access to check the connections going to the display.
