If purchase the 76025 hitch, how can I secure the plug that connects to the trailer plug to the Hitch 76025 permanently? Dont see any videos or instruction to do this.

With how the Draw-Tite # 76025 installs on your 2016 Honda Odyssey, it will be a little tricky getting a permanent mounting location for the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat # 118521. This does not mean it is impossible though and I do have a couple options for you to take a look at below.
First will be the Tow Ready Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144. The only problem with this is that with the hitch being almost completely hidden, you will need to drill in to and attach it to your bumper. If you are ok with doing this, it will be a quick and simple solution.
If this doesn't sound like the way you want to go, and I wouldn't blame you if you didn't, we do also have the Curt Easy Mount Bracket # C58001. This is a much more elegant solution to mounting the 4 Flat and will actually bolt around the end of the hitch. The 4 Flat plug will then bolt to the side of the mount for easy access. Between these 2 options, this is the way I would go.
