What is your best 5th wheel hitch that can be used with the factory mounts in my 2022 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali? It is a long bed and I need to haul a new Grand Design 5th wheel to Florida for the winter.

I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3710 as being the best 5th wheel hitch for your 2022 GMC Sierra 2500HD. This hitch does not require an adapter like many other hitches due to utilizing the factory mounts that you already have. The hitch is rated for a maximum trailer weight of 20,000lbs and a maximum tongue weight of 5,000lbs.

When it is time to remove the hitch from your bed for moving large items in your truck be the head on the B&W hitch is easily removed to make it easier to handle the large hitch as well as lighter. You can also use the B&W 5th Wheel Lifting Device # BWRVXA3130 with a roof mounted hoist/winch to make removing and installing the hitch much easier.
