What Trailer Wiring Harness Do You Recommend for a 2022 Honda CR-V?

For wiring, if you need just brake lights/signal lights alone, you will only need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118741. The T-One includes a ModuLite power converter to ensure that your vehicle's wiring matches that of your trailer. If you are looking to add a brake controller to the trailer, you will need the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat # ETBC7 in addition to the T-One.
To add a brake controller, I recommend the Tekonsha Voyager # 39510 or the Curt Echo # C51180. Both of these controllers are proportional controllers which means that the controller activates the trailer brakes in proportion to your vehicle's braking action. The Voyager is more of a traditional-style controller than requires mounting into the dashboard of your vehicle near the steering wheel. On the other hand, the Curt Echo allows you to control the settings of your controller with the ease of your Smart device.
If you need a ball mount, I recommend the Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches - 3/4" Rise or 2" Drop - 7,500 lbs # 989891. This will allow you to attach a coupler to your vehicle and the ball you need.
If you need help installing any of these accessories, I went ahead and linked walk-through videos to guide you through the process.
