Expert Reply:
The Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400 will work to replace the lock cylinders on your Thule Truck Bed Ladder Rack. The One-Key System will work with any lock cylinder that starts with a "E" or "N". So your N112 cylinders can be replaced with the One-Key System. A Universal Control Key that is used to remove and install lock cylinders is included with the kit.
You could also purchase replacement keys since you know your lock. You would want Replacement Key for Thule Racks and Carriers # THKEYN112. This may be the route to go, if your locks are currently locked you would not be able to replace the lock core.
