Does the Draw-Tite 75096 Fit a 1998 Ford Explorer XLT

I have a 1998 Ford Explorer XLT 4dr with a V8 5.0L engine, Slightly oversized tires: P255/70R16 Is hitch receiver #75096 the correct one to order?

Yes. The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75096 is a confirmed fit on all models of the 1998 Ford Explorer XLT with 255/70r16 tires. If you'll be towing with this hitch then you'll also need a wiring harness; I recommend using the Tow Package Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Trailer Connector # 118241 for that.
I've also linked all of our adjustable ball mounts for you to check out since you'll need a ball mount and having an adjustable ball mount takes some of the guess work out of it if you might be towing a few different trailers or just don't know the distance from the coupler of the trailer to the ground.
