Can this fan replace the existing bathroom fan on our Airstream? MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - LED Light - 6 Diameter - Manual Lift - Black

It depends on the size of the opening in your Airstream for your current bathroom vent (we don't have any way of knowing what vent you currently have or the size of your opening). But it is very likely as these have similar dimensions so you'll just need to measure the opening of your current vent to ensure a fit for the MaxxFan you asked about:

- MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan - LED Light - 6" Diameter - Manual Lift - Black # MA00-03810B

The MaxxFan # MA00-03810B simply requires an opening 6-1/4" diameter so that's what you'll need to have currently; that said, if it is smaller than that you can do some trimming to get it to the right size.
