For your 275/65-18 tires I recommend the Titan Chain V-Bar Style # TC2828. The V-Bar links provide the best traction for ice because they basically give your tires cleats. These use the standard ladder pattern and can be used for both on and off the road. I do also recommend using the Chain Adjusters # TCMA2 to help keep the chains pulled tight against your tires.

Just a few extra things to note are that you'll want to check your owner's manual to make sure that chains can safely be used and that you have them installed on the correct tires, plus you'll want to check and see if there are any restrictions when it comes to tire chains. Some vehicles require that the chains be the smaller Class S size to help with clearance on the back side of the tire. The chains mentioned above are NOT Class S compatible and there aren't any off-road compatible chains that fit your size tire, so you might end up needing to get special tires for driving on ice. All of this can be found in your owner's manual though.
