Yes. The Mad-Ramps Pivoting Ramp System for ATV/UTV Ramps - 1,400-lbs - 2" Hitch # MR54FR is Mad-Ramps part number MR1400; we do not use the same part numbers as manufacturers in some cases, but the manufacturer's part number is available at the bottom of the "All Info" section.

Mad-Ramps states that the part #MR54FR is best suited for ATVs/UTVs with one row of seats but if the width of your golf cart is less than 60 inches and the wheel base is less than 88 inches this would work for you.

I reached out to Mad Ramps about the MAD-MOUNT Wall Mount Brackets for Mad-Ramps Pivoting ATV/UTV Ramps part #MR27DR and they informed me that the brackets are both 36" long x 2-1/2" tall. I have attached a photo below with this as well.
