If you are looking for the part number for compatible 5th-wheel rails on your 2014 Ram 1500 (6-1/2 ft. bed), I recommend the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Hitches # DM8552030-71. As far as compatibility, Demco Hijacker rails fit B&W, Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Husky, Reese, and Valley above-bed 5th-wheel trailer hitches. They will work with any hitch that's designed to fit industry standard, above-bed rails. The kit also comes with all mounting brackets required that are designed to minimize drilling, reduce installation time, and avoids obstacles in your truck's frame. The Hijacker kit is designed to fit your truck whether you have the EcoDiesel engine or not.
As far as the installation process, this kit does require some drilling. Unfortunately, we do not currently have a system that will install into your 2014 Ram 1500 without drilling.
