What Size Power Feed Wiring Is Used On the Hopkins HM11143165 Wiring Harness?

Hello. I have the following wiring harness on order from eTrailer and want to do some wiring in advance of receiving the part this week. Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector Item # HM11143165 Can you tell me the wire size and fuse amperage to supply power from car battery to the circuit protector provided with this product? Thank you

The power supply line in the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness # HM11143165 will be 12 gauge wire. It will also include a 15 amp fuse with holder to make sure too much power does not get to the tail light converter/powered module. Though we do not have an install video of this as of yet, I did include a review we did for you to check out.
