You provided the measurement of your 2020 Forest River Rockwood Camper at 19'-5" long, 7' wide and 7 foot tall. No need for extra accounting of the AC unit as the manufacturers have already done so. I take it that your length of 19'-5" long is from the back bumper to the hitch of your trailer. We need to account for the measurement of the box without the hitch to ensure proper fitment. Please note the attached image. Include any storage box you may have attached to the A-frame portion of your hitch that want to cover.

We have the Adco SFS AquaShed RV Cover for Pop-Up Camper, # 290-12295. This has actual dimensions of 216" long x 85" wide x 54" tall. This works best for short-term storage in moderate climates but can handle winter months but I suggest not letting the snow build-up and set on the cover for extended periods of time. This has cinch ropes let you pull cover tight to reduce billowing and weighted straps with buckles secure cover under vehicle. The reinforced elastic corners ensure a snug fit, reduce wear, and resist tears and snags.

The Classic Accessories Deluxe PolyPro III Heavy-Duty Pop-Up Camper Cover, # CA80043 will cover Pop-Up Campers 18'-20' if you need a larger cover. But I think the first option will work for for you, just please verify your measurement prior to ordering.
