Yes. The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e23ZR fits the Hybrid models of the 2020 Toyota RAV4. If you're going to be towing with this hitch on your 2020 RAV4 Hybrid then you'll also need a wiring harness for the trailer lights, a ball mount, hitch ball, hitch pin and clip in order to tow.

For the wiring harness I recommend using the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56434 since it stores nicely inside the vehicle when it's not in use. This gives you a 4 way wiring harness compatible with most trailers without brakes and the T-connectors offer a plug and play installation that's really easy to complete.

For the remaining components like a ball mount, hitch ball, hitch pin and clip, I recommend using a ball mount kit like the etrailer # EBMK4, since it comes with all of the above mentioned parts in a nice carrying case for storage. You'll want to measure your trailer coupler's height from the ground and then from the top of the installed hitch receiver to the ground; subtract the coupler's height from the receiver height and it will tell you if you need a ball mount with a larger rise or drop than the 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop provided by the ball mount in the # EBMK4.
