Bulb and Wiper Set to Replace Nailed On One for RV Slide Out

Question:

2015 FR Forester 30 ft class C. The rear side slide has these strange multi-part side wiper bulb seals, integrated, on a c channel. The outer wiper seal tore off but the bulb part is ok and slides off the track easily. When they built it, they nailed the seals and tracks onto the inner part of the chasis, also can’t easily remove the nailed-on track itself. My dealer says it’s a ridiculous job to fix, remove slide, etc. Not. I’m looking for a simple bulb/wiper seal that will slide onto the existing c channel track. That would do just fine. Or an easy alternative. Again, the track would be very hard to remove- glued and nailed on. I’d appreciate your help.

Is there any way to get the old wiper seal off? I know you said its nailed but is there any way to just rip it off and get the nails out? The One-Piece Bulb and Wiper Seal for RV Slide Out # SR48FR installs with an adhesive which would be much easier than trying to nail one in it's place.
