The inside dimension of a square gooseneck tube should be 4 inches, while the inside dimension of a round gooseneck tube should be 4 inches in diameter.

If that's what you have you can use one of the following:

- Square Tube: Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter # KPG5-Q25-IP
