I have a B and W Patriot 5th wheel hitch. I am going to order a 2021 Ford F150 Crew cab short box 5 1/2 4x4. What rail kit do I need for the Ford to use my Patriot hitch?

The correct B&W Custom Installation Kit for a 2021 Ford F-150 is part # BW39FR. This is a custom fit kit with no drilling into the frame required.

Please note, when using a sliding hitch on a super short bed truck, your turning clearance will be restricted. If you want full turning clearance you'll have to switch to a rotating pin box. Let me know if this is something that interests you.

Air Lift makes an air bag kit that was designed to fit your 2018 Ford F-150 and also be compatible with and in-bed hitch like your PullRite SuperGlide 2700. For that you'd want the LoadLifter 5000 kit part #AL57385 that you referenced.
