Best Way To Secure a Vehicle To a Trailer
Question:
What is the best way to secure a 2018 chevy equinox on a flatbed trailer? Is there any info on preferred tie down points? I do not see anything in the owners manual.

The best way to secure a vehicle to trailer is with a wheel net. This takes the guess work out of finding tie-down points on the vehicle and it's the most secure method. The easiest option would be to install e-tracks like the etrailer Horizontal E-Track part # e42VR and then use the Erickson E-Track Wheel Tie-Down Strap with Roller Idler and Ratchet part # EM58523.
If you don't want to install tracks then you can use the traditional style, the SmartStraps Ratcheting Wheel Net with Snap Hooks part # 348851.
