I have a different option for you, but the Reese Quick-Install Custom Brackets # RP50074 you were looking at is actually for a 2017-2022 Ford F-250 or F-350 and will not be correct for your 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500.
Instead you will need the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Bracket Kit for Chevy/GMC Truck # C16429 which is confirmed to fit your truck and will allow you to use your current above bed rails assuming they are the industry standard rails and are made by Curt. If your rails are made by Reese and are extended length rails then the Reese Quick Install Brackets # RP57FR can be used. If you are not sure which brand rails you have then I recommend just going with the Curt # C16429-204 as it includes the brackets mentioned above along with brand new rails.
Any of the above kits will allow you to use any 5th wheel hitch designed for industry standard rails, but with your truck having a 6-3/4' bed you will want to use a slider hitch such as the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider # C16541 which will give you 12" travel when making sharp turns.
If your trailer is equipped with a rotating pin box then you will need to go with a fixed hitch such as the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16115 with wedge # C16991 to keep the king pin from rotating inside the hitch.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
