I have to replace the Lionshead wheel on my RV. Not the fault of the wheel. Tire shop left 4 lug nuts off, yes 4, and I drove it about 10 miles to my storage lot. I noticed the missing nuts the next day, As a result there are several holes that are no longer round. Im pretty sure the Lynx 15 x 6 rim in Silver is the correct wheel based on the pictures of the wheel. Info stamped on back of wheel: Max Load 2850 / 6-5.5 / 15 x6 J / 63141560. Is this Lynx wheel the correct replacement?

Yes; the Aluminum Lynx Trailer Wheel - 15" x 6" Rim - 6 on 5-1/2 - Silver # LHSL311 meets all of the specs you mentioned except it is silver. The original was black. This is a 15" x 6" wheel with a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern and also has a 2,830-lbs capacity.
