Trailer Hitch Mount Bike Rack Recommendation for the Back of a Travel Trailer
Question:
on the feature of this item said not for use with trailer or fifth wheel. I plan to buy this for my trailer to put in the back, I have a 2inch hitch at the back of my trailer. Just want to know if I can do so.

The Swagman Quad 2 + 2, # S64FR, can not be used at the back of your trailer. The issue is that because this rack has a certain folding feature, it cannot be used. At the points were certain racks fold there is a point of potential weakness. Couple that with the fact that there is significantly more bouncing at the back of a trailer and it could end up in damage to the bike rack.
Only certain bike racks are rated for use behind an RV or trailer and I have included a link to them for you to view. For a platform style the most popular compatible option is the Swagman XC, # S64650. I have included links to the instructions and to a video review of this rack for you.
