Will this clear the bay window on the rear of an ice castle fish house?

On your Ice Castle fish house the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to clear that bay window would need to be less than 10 inches for the Yakima LongHaul # Y02476 to clear it. If you have a different measurement let me know what it is and I can determine if we have something that will fit.
