Since you have a Workhorse W22 Chassis you should have the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate System # AL88202 which would mean you need the Replacement Air Spring for Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate System - Rear Axle # AL84201 to replace the bellows.

If you don't have the "Ultimate" and have a different model then let me know and I can find the correct replacement for you.
