A bike rack that uses a wheel-mount design, such as the Rhino-Rack Hybrid Roof Bike Rack - Wheel Mount - Clamp On - Aluminum # RRRBC050, is not ideal for bikes with fenders. This is because the hook that clamps around the front wheel would likely interfere with a fender and possibly cause damage.
Instead, you will want to go with a frame-mount carrier such as the Thule ProRide XT Roof Bike Rack - Frame Mount - Clamp On or Channel Mount - Aluminum # TH598004. This carrier clamps around crossbars or mounts into a crossbar track via the included t-bolts. I attached a demonstration video for you.
