Are the Mounting Brackets Supposed to be Level with Bars on the # AA206005?
Question:
When the bar is installed on the mounting bracket is the top of the bar level with the top of the bracket that bolts to the vehicle? If different please let me know how much thanks

The top of the nerf bars of the # AA206005 should be about level after you attach the bar to the rear bracket. As far as the front and middle brackets, the brackets that mount to the frame closest to the side might be a bit higher than the bars themselves. I went ahead and attached a photo of the frame-mounted bracket in relation to where you would install the nerf bar.
