Yes, the Thule Hulla-A-Port XT TH848 Kayak Carrier will fit your 2017 Chrysler Pacifica as long as it has a crossbar system. The only crossbar system that will work on your 2017 Pacifica is the SeaSucker Monkey Bars # 298-SX6000B. As far as installation, the Monkey Bars involve the easiest installation out of any system we currently carry on etrailer. You simply press the pump on each vacuum cup several times and pull up tab to remove. In addition the Monkey Bars come with an impressive 150-pound weight capacity. If you want extra security to deter theft of the rack, I recommend the SeaSucker Cable Anchor for Cable Lock # 298-BA0020 along with the etrailer cable lock # e98891. You can also add Same-Key Lock Cores # TH450200 to the Thule Hulla-A-Port for that same security.
