You could be having a voltage drop from your battery which can be fixed by upgrading the wire gauge. Check to see how many volts you're getting to your outlet, it should be at least 11.5v for the Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer # 324-000119 to properly work. I've attached a guide for wire gauge thickness per distance for you.
If the voltage is correct and it is still not cooling check to see if there is any ice build up as you could have a clogged drain line. Cleaning the drain line will require removing the back of the fridge and you'll see a line running into a pan. You can clean this out using an extended pipe cleaner.
That being said if you recently purchased this RV you could still be under warranty with the dealership you purchased it from and I recommend filing a claim.
