Is it Normal for the Baby Moon Hubcap # AM90086 to Fit Loosely on my Wheels?

Question:

My baby moon hub cap #AM90086 that fits a 13inch wheel 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern on a 1967 Cardinal trailer can be rotated once on the wheel also it can be removed by hand not like what your video showed using a claw hammer. Is this right or am I taking a chance the moon cap might have a tendency to fly off?

When fitting the Baby Moon Hubcap # AM90086 to your 13-inch 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern wheel of your 1968 Cardinal trailer, it should tightly snap into the hub like shown on the attached video. There may be some slight turning of the cap, but it should not freely pop off of the hub without using a fair amount of force. It is possible to remove the cap by hand, but it should be difficult to remove.

If you need a slightly larger size, the Americana Pointed Top Baby Moon Trailer Wheel Center Cap # AM981306 could potentially be a snugger fit.
