The DeeZee Custom Headache Rack - Mesh Screen - Aluminum - Textured Black Powder Coat #DZ95050RTB is 24 inches tall. The tie-downs will add another 6 inches when used on top for a total of 30 inches needed for clearance above the bed rails.
