Helpful Expert Reply:
No, not all 145R12 trailer tires have the same load rating. There is not a specific heat rating for tires, but the load rating is what diferenciates trailer tires.
The highest rated 145R12 trailer tire is the Kenda Karrier S-Trail ST145/R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # AM10140 you were looking at which has a load rating of 1520lbs per tire at 80 PSI.
Since you are having multiple blow outs I recommend double checking that you are not overloading the tires. You will want to take your trailer to a local truck stop that has a scale and get an accurate weight of your trailer.
If your tires are not overloaded then make sure you are airing up the tires to the max PSI rating stamped on the sidewall. Trailer tires are designed to be run at the max PSI rating due to the thickness of the side wall and running less pressure can cause excess heat to build up in the tire.
I included a video of the # AM10140 for you to take a look at.
