We haven't tested the Malone # MPG902 specifically on a 2019 Infiniti QX60, but I can tell you how to measure to determine whether you'll get any interference with the antenna or the rear hatch. For the rear hatch, you'll need at least 16" between the rear crossbar and the line where the roof meets the rear hatch for the box not to interfere with opening it completely.

When it comes to the SiriusXM antenna, typically a roof box will not interfere with reception with empty and as long as large metal objects aren't kept in the back of the box you shouldn't have any issues with this. The clamps on the Malone box are adjustable, so you can move the box away from the rear of the vehicle slightly and you will need to have the crossbars spaced between 25"-40" apart.
