I was able to find that your ground clearance on your 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage is 6.3". With that the length from the front of your bumper to where your front tires contact the ground must be 27" or less for it to fit on the Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly # DM9713045. You will have no issues as your Mirage width is 65" and the dolly will accept 42-76" widths.

The Demco Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly # DM9713093 will allow for some lower vehicle to fit as it has a 4 degree lower load angle. It will allow for a 28" distance between the front bumper and front tire contact area. It will fit vehicles with a width of 42-78".
