The Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent - Manual - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" - Metal Item # V2110SP-24 requires a 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" roof opening and a roof that is 1-7/8" to 3" thick. 35.5cm comes out to 13.97 inches so you would need cut the opening another 1/4" wider to fit this unit.
If you don't want to cut that much out of your roof you can instead install the MaxxAir Mini Trailer Roof Vent - Manual - Black Item # MA00-03750. It only requires a 14" x 14" opening and fits roofs 1" to 4-1/2" thick.
