Hi just installed a hitch on my 2021 kia sorento right above the hitch there is 2 recepticals already there with caps on them which plug do I need and do you sell them thank you

We do indeed offer a trailer wiring harness that utilizes the connectors you found under the vehicle. You'll want to use part # C56332 which installs as shown in the video I've linked for you.
