I have a 2018 Toyota Rav 4 I just installed Thule Aero Crossbars on, I was thinking of getting a AirScreen XT for Thule Crossbars. I was curious if this part would interfere with the operation of the sunroof?

For your 2018 Toyota RAV4 with the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 and Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711300, the AirScreen XT wind fairing will not interfere with the use of your sunroof. So you can absolutely add one, and the correct fit for your RAV4's WingBars is the following:

- AirScreen XT for Thule Crossbars - 44" Long # TH82WV

Yes, the AirScreen XT for Thule Crossbars will work with factory Toyota crossbars as well. The 38" model part #TH72WV would be the best fit for a 2021 Toyota Rav4.

The fairing I recommend for the OEM roof rack on your 2022 Toyota Prius is the 46" Yakima WindShield Fairing #Y05018. Yakima test fit this specifically with the OEM roof rack and found this length to fit best.
